Coffee should be limited to 3 cups a day and it would be preferable for the coffee to be an organic, espresso roast. Flavored coffees or coffee with syrup should be avoided. Dark roast coffee has less caffeine than light roast coffee and the dark roasting process burns away chemical harvesting agents.

Chocolate should be limited to under a pound per day. It would be preferable for it to be dark chocolate and 85% or greater pure cocoa bean.
